Our gluten-free Potato Flour is finely milled from Non-GMO potatoes, and a key ingredient in potato breads, buns, and rolls. When added to wheat-based doughs it promotes a tender, fluffy crumb, with improved browning, and a characteristic rustic flavor.

Gluten-free Potato Flour is also a versatile wheat alternative in improving the texture and moisture of gluten-free baked goods, as well as for thickening sauces, soups, and gravies.
