What York Makes:

York makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, coatings, cookies, snack foods and many other tasty items. The York mill has a daily capacity of:

  • 600,000 lbs. of flour
  • 150,000 lbs. of millfeed

Where Does York Get its Wheat?

The York community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the mid-Atlantic region of the United States. York receives Hard Red Winter and Hard Red Spring Wheat from many geographies, including from fields in Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska and the Dakotas.

Giving Back

The Ardent Mills York team is active in the community and often partners with the local food bank.

I serve my community because they have always been there when I needed them. Serving one’s community is a symbiotic relationship; you get out of it what you put into it.
