Albany makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pizza, cookies, breading, snack foods and many other tasty items. The Albany mill has a daily capacity of:

Where Does Albany Get its Wheat?

The Albany community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the northeastern region of the United States. Albany receives hard, soft, red, spring and winter wheat from many geographies, including from fields in the Midwest.
