Located in Commerce City, Colorado, Commerce City Mill operates around the clock sending out 40 truckloads of flour a day to ensure that Colorado bakers and chefs always have flour to work with. In 1999 the mill expanded to become highly automated in a majority of its operations.

WHAT Commerce City MAKES:

Commerce City makes many different blends of flour including all-purpose, whole wheat, high gluten and UltraGrain® flour.

WHere Commerce City Mill gets its grains:

The Commerce City mill receives locally and regionally grown hard, soft and organic wheat from fields around the state of Colorado. They receive both hard and soft wheat from the Colorado harvest, including organic.

GIVING BACK

The Ardent Mills Commerce City is active in the community often joining the Denver Team to partner with the Tennyson Center for children holding events such as a tote and blanket drive and dinners for the children.
