Located in Decatur, Alabama, the Ardent Mills Decatur facility is a pneumatic mill and one of the most automated mills in the United States. Decatur was one of the first mills to take advantage of river transportation of grain.

Where Does Decatur Get its Wheat?

The Decatur community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the southeastern region of the United States. Decatur receives winter, spring, red and white wheat from many geographies, including from fields in Alabama, Tennessee, Kansas, Minnesota, North Dakota and Oklahoma.
