Women of Wheat Spotlight Series: Angie Anyieni

We’re committed to amplifying women's voices – both within our industry and beyond – as we work toward a future where the very best talent has a seat at the table.
One key initiative supporting this goal is Ardent Mills’ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These groups were created to foster a culture of inclusion and to cultivate a workplace where all employees feel empowered to share ideas and drive change. The ERG dedicated to championing women’s voices at Ardent Mills is Women of Wheat (WOW).
This content series highlights the women at Ardent Mills who are putting the “wow” in WOW and paving the way toward a more inclusive future.
Our May spotlight features Angie Anyieni, experimental milling and analytical lab manager. She oversees two laboratories at the Ardent Mills Innovation Center (AMIC) in Denver.
Read on to learn how Angie has upheld Ardent Mills’ “gold standard” for ingredient testing, advanced financial literacy for female colleagues and helped bring more diverse talent into technical roles both within the company and across the greater Denver area.
