Saginaw makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pizza, rolls, muffins, pies, crackers and other specialty snacks. The Saginaw mill has a daily capacity of:

Where Does Saginaw Get its Wheat?

The Saginaw community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the south central United States. Saginaw receives locally and regionally grown hard red winter, soft red winter and hard red spring wheat from many geographies, including fields in Kansas, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Texas.
